How long will my order take to ship?

•All items are made to order
•My normal processing time for most items is 1-3 business days. Check out the delivery estimate on each listing under the "Shipping and Policies" section for the most up to date information about my processing times!

Lost or stolen orders must be reported within 30 days of the ship date. Due to limitations in USPS, FEDEX and UPS policies, we cannot accept refund requests for lost or stolen packages after 30 days.

If you need an order by a certain date, make sure to message me with details prior to ordering.

How do I return an item?

•If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me through an Etsy Conversation within 1 week of delivery
•You are responsible for return shipping with tracking to ensure delivery
•Once I receive your product in original and unused condition, I will refund you minus original shipping charges

Can I create a custom package of bottle?

Yes, but please message us prior to ordering. If you order a package that doesn't match what you actually want, your order will be delayed.

What if my package was lost or stolen?

The carrier is responsible for ensuring that packages arrive on time and to the correct location. If your address is susceptible to stolen packages, please be extra diligent on your shipping arrival date or obtain a PO Box that is a safer option for package delivery. If your package has been stolen or is missing, please do the follwing before contacting our support team:

1. Check your tracking number to see if it has been marked as delivered
2. Ask neighbors and family members if they have seen the package
3. Contact your local USPS office, fedex or UPS and ask to file a claim for your missing package. Ask for the GPS scan location information.

Contact us if you have further questions. We often see packages show up a few days after claim.
